About Congo Airways
Launched on 20 October 2015, Congo Airways (www.congoairways.com) is the flag carrier airline of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Upon launch, the airline operated a fleet of 2 Airbus A320s acquired from European airline Alitalia. The airline is headquartered in Kinshasa, and its parent company is the DRC government. The airline’s base is situated at N’djili International Airport in Kinshasa.
As of the third quarter of 2018, the airline operates regular scheduled flights to 9 Congolese destinations. Internationally, the airline also flies to Doula in Cameroon and Johannesburg in South Africa.

Within the DRC, Congo Airways operates regular scheduled flights to Kindu, Kananga, Kinshasa, Kisangi, Moanda, Mbandaka, Mjubi-Mayi as well as Goma.
